MMOsite.com: As you know every player appreciates good in-game events, especially festival events. Do you think the in-game events in SRO satisfy most players? Is there any plan to input more events into the game on a more regular basis?
Jung Hun Kwag: The events we have had so far from the Christmas event to the Easter event to other events we have had have been received warmly. There will be more events in the future. People are always clamoring for more events. We will do so however not to the point where it is not a special and exciting occurance.
MMOsite.com: What do you think of the importance of interaction between player and GM in MMO games? What about that situation in SRO? Is there any chance of more people moderating the servers better?
Jung Hun Kwag: GM s are the interface, the ears and the voices of the operators of the game and so interaction is important but so is information distribution and the gathering of our player s feedback.
We have moved quickly to fix problems when found. We have been quick and comprehensive when trying to inform the community of things they must know. We read everything that our players write in regards to the game.

MMOsite.com: Players always hope to play the latest update as soon as possible. And many European players desire to know when European SRO will reach the Korean SRO with updates. Can you give them a satisfactory answer?
Jung Hun Kwag: We could say "It will be done when it is done" in regards to any of our updates. But then we would feel the empathetic pain from the groaning of our fans and wince. It would be difficult to give an exact date that our players would be satisfied with. So let me be less cruel: Soon. In regards to other updates, the international edition of SRO usually receives most updates pretty quickly after the Korean SRO does. Look to the near future for some substantial news on our upcoming updates.
